Dial the voicemail phone number or access the line that the voicemail box is attached to and enter *83*

Enter your PIN (password) and press the # key. (Default PIN # 1234)

To record a personal greeting : listen to the prompts - press the digit 1 or 2 for greeting.
Press the digit 4 to record name
Press the digit 5 to change the PIN number- each user should change the default PIN for the individual mailbox.
The * key will take the user to the menu and depending on where you are in the menu, the digit 9 is the help.

The digit -
1 will replay
7 will erase
4 will save

The digit-
1 will rewind 10 seconds
2 will pause
3 will forward
4 will go to the next new message
5 will saved
6 will restart
7 will erase
8 will adjust the volume down
9 will adjust the volume up
